Shipping Policy

We ship to most domestic and international destinations. Please note that certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions and may not be available for delivery to all locations.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on product availability, destination, and the shipping method selected. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on service level and location.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Due to the variability of international regulations and fees, Gambit Growing cannot estimate or control these charges and is not responsible for delays or costs associated with customs clearance.

All electronic products are supplied with North American power cords only. At this time, Gambit Growing does not offer alternative international plug configurations.

Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to purchase with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a verified error on our part.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any brokerage, customs, duties, taxes, VAT, or tariffs incurred in either direction.

Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Gambit Growing does not refund:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Customs or import fees

  • Brokerage or tariff charges

Any return shipments sent cash on delivery (COD) or with unpaid brokerage fees will be refused.
